How did you get that *first* job or project to start building a track record of achievement if you hadn't done anything like consulting work before?

A very useful frame for me is that you can still charge less but you need to then show that the rate is X but you are giving a discount of Y. Keeps everyone clear on the actual costs.

Will the pre-conference session at ALA annual be available virtually as well?

The ALA event is a full day in person event.

We continue to have virtual events as part of IG Week and have plans for other shorter virtual events.

Your past employer might be your best first job as consultants!
