For patrons concerned about confidentiality, the results are confidential for 72 years. I think most folks don't know this and I don't see it mentioned very often. https://www.census.gov/history/www/genealogy/decennial_census_records/the_72_year_rule_1.html

With voter registration you can't give a prize/gift contingent on registering. Am I right to assume the same with filling out the census?
