45:15
Where the libraries joining within your institution?

45:56
I love the focus on communication. How do you make decisions about what is shared with whom? Is that decision process shared, as well?

46:11
thanks

46:14
Was there any pushback against your projects? If so, how did you handle it?

47:38
What platform/software did you use to share? Teams?

47:43
Wonderful, thanks!

49:26
Thank you!

01:06:31
With limited staff diversity how is burnout dealt with when the same staff members might be called on to be a diverse voice?

01:06:56
We are barely getting PM into our culture. Glad to hear about IDEA incorporation at this point so we can include in our efforts from the beginning.

01:08:09
Thank you for sharing your project management handbook! What a great resource.

01:08:34
I was just going to ask about focus groups!

01:09:31
Thank you! Could the PM handbook link be shared in the chat?

We recently completed a project that would have really benefited from consultation with embedded community groups. I think we learned some important lessons for the future

01:10:31
Yes

01:15:49
I've not heard of this group before, so I didn't know about the monthly sessions. But based on these two presentations I'd like to get on whatever list or whatever keeps me up to date about what's going on.

01:16:02
Same here, Joshua!

01:16:20
I agree with Joshua! I both enjoy and find value in conversations about the ways libraries re-interpret traditional project management

01:16:30
I like the opportunity to have a network of others using or trying to set up PM in their libraries as a support or getting ideas. however, I also recognize the difficulty in organizing content. Thanks for making the effort, ladies!

01:16:38
I'm not a "project manager" but I do find the information helpful and interesting. Perhaps for me -- just a few times a year is good enough?

01:17:55
Provide/Share Resources for project management

Marketing and communication are always hard

01:18:59
(For others who are looking to join, there's a big blue button "Join Community" at the top of the Connect page. I missed it the first 20 times I looked at the page...)

01:19:04
One thing that was maybe missed in today's presentations, is how does project management scale for smaller institutions and libraries?

01:21:46
Absolutely, thanks!

01:24:02
Great session. Thank you!

01:24:06
Thank you so much!

01:24:09
Thank you very much!

01:24:10
Thanks!

01:24:12
Thank you!!

01:24:13
