With limited staff diversity how is burnout dealt with when the same staff members might be called on to be a diverse voice?

We are barely getting PM into our culture. Glad to hear about IDEA incorporation at this point so we can include in our efforts from the beginning.

I agree with Joshua! I both enjoy and find value in conversations about the ways libraries re-interpret traditional project management

I like the opportunity to have a network of others using or trying to set up PM in their libraries as a support or getting ideas. however, I also recognize the difficulty in organizing content. Thanks for making the effort, ladies!

I'm not a "project manager" but I do find the information helpful and interesting. Perhaps for me -- just a few times a year is good enough?
