Re-establish the sponsorship of a peer-reviewed journal by RUSA, retaining the ISSN held by RUSQ, and pursue the appointment of an editorial body. This body, working with RUSA Office and other stakeholders, will propose specifics, including title, publication frequency and budget to be brought forward for approval by the Board in future [or you could have a date].
