Our tiny library raises funds for operating expenses. Are we still eligible? The city dies provide library funding through a mill levy but that has been used for the 1 pt staff.

We received a PPP loan to help us. How do we effect that in the application? Are we still eligible?

Does the project I want funding for have to be directly related to the budget cut? For example, if my budget cut is staffing or collections, can I apply for money for technology?

The tribe I work for has 4 libraries, one academic and 3 public. The Tohono O'odham Nation's land base is the size of Connecticut and we serve 28,000 tribal members plus anyone who works or lives in these communities. Would you consider all four tribal libraries part of the same system?

What are considered special libraries?

I have a question about operating budgets. I work for SUNY (state University of NY) My cuts have been to my materials budget, but not to my employees. Does my 5% decrease need to be overall? We did not receive contractual raises, but salaries were not cut.

We realized we needed more support technology such as kiosks where students can self-serve or print. Can the funds be used for those services?

can you repeat the consortium/district independent funding answer. if we are a SCHOOL DISTRICT, but the budgets for individial school libraries are individually set, how do we apply?

If your operational budget was reduced by more than 5%, but you applied for and received a PPP (paycheck protection plan) loan/grant are you still eligible?

Ours is a small rural municipal library. Our service area includes small surrounding towns and students from those towns attend school in our city's school district. Therefore the school district data better reflects demographics than the U.S. census demographics solely for our city. Can we report the school district demographic data and explain it in the narrative?
