Sara Dallas
Director @Southern Adirondack Library System
Sara Dallas is the Director of the Southern Adirondack Library System (NY). She serves as Chair of the ALA Committee on Professional Ethics and Chair of the New York State Library Association’s Intellectual Freedom Committee. Sara has presented programs on supervising intergenerational staff, breaking into the workforce, hiring and evaluating library staff, speed mentoring among other topics at local, state and annual conferences.
Karen Pundsack
Director @Great River Regional Library
Karen Pundsack is Executive Director at Great River Regional Library, a six-county regional public library system in central Minnesota. She has worked in public library administration for 10 years and has served as a Minnesota Institute of Leadership Excellence mentor. She writes for Public Libraries Online on a range of topics including navigating library job interviews and the changing roles of public librarians. She is a St. Cloud State University mass communications alumna and received her MLIS at the School of Information Studies at University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
